With over 40 years of manufacturing experience on production lines, the principle of “flexible production” tailored to customers and demands is embraced; through robotic lines and analyzers, the goal of “error-free production” is pursued. In terms of reliability, efficiency, and comfort, industry needs are met with a wide product range, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and meticulous production processes.

Since its foundation, Hammer Kupplungen has acted with the awareness that the key to being successful and enduring lies in prioritizing quality above all, embracing innovation, and maintaining a people-focused approach. Guided by this vision, the company has aimed to design and manufacture many of the production equipment in-house.

Press Department

In this department, the necessary operations for production are carried out with Eccentric and Hydraulic Presses ranging from 150 to 1500 tons.

  • Cutting capacity of up to 7 mm material with presses up to 650 tons
  • Bending and deep drawing capacity of up to 7 mm material with presses up to 1500 tons
  • Mold clamping capacity up to 1200 mm

Heat Treatment Department

In the heat treatment department, special processes applied with the help of machines ensure the production of clutch systems with high durability and long service life.

  • Providing 63 Rockwell hardness and spring characteristics to the material
  • Stress relief and smoothness through shot peening
  • Application of induction process up to 55 Rockwell
  • Control of all heat treatment parameters with analyzers and Scala system

Machining Department

In our factory’s largest production area, the machining department, disc and bearing subcomponents are manufactured in the “Machining I” section, while pressure plate and flywheel subcomponents are produced in the “Machining II” section using technological methods suitable for mass production.

  • Machining up to 800 mm diameter
  • Imbalance precision up to 4 grams on the product
  • 25-ton broaching capacity with 2 m arbor clamping ability
  • Milling of complex-shaped parts with five-axis machines
  • Error-free joining of two hard materials with laser welding

Assembly Department

All parts produced on the production lines according to technical drawings and operation sheets take their final form in this department. Assembled discs are checked for flexibility and “free movement,” while pressure plates are tested with performance devices before being delivered seamlessly to customers.

With the new investment made in 2021, the bearing assembly flanging operation and turning process are carried out simultaneously with the help of a fully automated machine.
