R&D

In the R & D department, designs are carried out based on Computer Aided Design (CAE) logic. Design models are subjected to structural analysis and design controls are carried out. Designs are validated on the related test equipments in the R & D test area.

The studies related to the sector and technologies are continuously followed by our team.

Our scientific publications as a result of our studies take place in engineering-based symposiums and conferences.

The company, which is aware of the development of personnel training, gives full support to the training organizations that the staff wishes to participate in with its proposal and the training organized by the R&D and / or human resources. Support for staff participation in graduate and doctoral courses, as well as thesis, project and patent issues are encouraged with prizes.

In the R&D department, the scientific publication archives of various organizations are examined in order to investigate and develop the scientific basis of the product as a requirement of pre and post design. In the R&D studies, academic support has been received from leading universities such as Dokuz Eylül University, Katip Çelebi University, İzmir Institute of Technology, Ege University and Celal Bayar University.

In addition to the support of universities at the project stage, R&D cooperation agreements were signed with Dokuz Eylül University Industrial Application and Research Center (DESUM) and Ege University Science Technology Application and Research Center (EBILTEM).

TUBITAK and TTGV supported projects have been successfully executed and finalized.

The products made of geometric designs are pre-validated by the R&D analysis unit in the ANSYS software.

The molds of the products that are designed and validated with computer aided engineering are manufactured in the R & D workshop with 472 m2 area and the first prototypes are produced in the production area. By R&D testing unit; fatigue tests of products, performance tests are completed in test laboratory After the design, prototype and tests are completed within the company, the product is finally tested on the vehicle under real road conditions and the validation is completed before the mass production.

In R&D Test Room we have several test machines as: Clutch cover assembly durability test machine, Release bearing durability test machine, Disc torque-hysteresis test machine, Dual mass flywheel torque-hysteresis test machine, hydraulic-pneumatic bearing durability test machine, Burst test machine. Test facilities will be continuously improved by researching and developing new test devices that will contribute to R&D activities.
